What It Is:  A fitness app for iOS or Android that takes you through 5-60 minute strength, yoga, pilates, or stretching workouts that require no equipment. The app has a custom workout builder that allows newbies and athletes alike to create and share custom routine playlists (kinda like making a music playlist).

Why We Like It:  The “no equipment required” component means you can get in a workout anytime, anyplace. Great for busy parents on the go!  You can also select shorter or longer workouts, depending on how much time you have. The app features video demonstrations by real trainers so you can see the proper form and technique. You can customize the workouts to your individual fitness level, and sync workouts directly to Health, Google Fit, and MyFitnessPal.

If you pay to upgrade to the premium version, you also get ad-free workouts (the free version includes some ads), the ability to save an unlimited number of custom workouts, access to exclusive pre-built workouts, and “ask a trainer” support if needed.  You can also set customized exercise intervals.
